Sweet Potato Steaks

provides a sturdy, comforting base for a lot of dishes

Ingredient List: Sweet Potatoes, Olive Oil, Roasted Garlic Powder, Salt

Clean and slice sweet potatoes to 1/2 inch rounds, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and sea salt.

Place on sheet pan or in a cast iron pan and into a 400F oven for 20 minutes.
