Ingredient List: Sliced Boneless Pork Shoulder, Cumin, Onion Powder, Smoked Paprika, Salt
Bring pork shoulder to room temp.
Mix spices together (start with about 1/2 tsp per spice/per slice plus a dash of salt, then adjust based on personal preference) and rub over the pork shoulder.
Sear in dry pan for 3-5 min each side until browned, then add water halfway up the pork shoulder sides.
Place in hot 350F oven for ~20 minutes or until it’s about as firm as the base of your thumb when touching your thumb to your ring finger–or 145F.
