Roasted Veggies

(Gluten-Free, Lactose/Dairy Free, Diabetes Diet, Low Fat/Low Cholesterol, Cardiac Diet, Paleo, Vegan, Vegetarian)

Ingredient List: Sweet Potatoes, Turnips, Brussels Sprouts, Olive Oil, Garlic Powder, Salt

Chop veggies into large chunks of about equal size—cut your brussels sprouts in ½ and use that for a guide.

Drizzle a hint of olive oil, and sprinkle some salt and garlic powder, then roast in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 425F.

Enjoy by itself or with one of our variations.
