Lemon Lavender Chicken

Perfect for summertime.

(Lavender Lemon Chicken with Brown Rice & Lemon & Roasted Garlic Green Beans)

Ingredient List: Chicken Breasts, Olive Oil, Lemon, Culinary Lavender, Salt

Cut the chicken into equal pieces, roughly the size of the palm of your hand. This is usually 3 pieces for a larger breast and 2 pieces for a smaller one.

Lightly drizzle with olive oil, sea salt, lemon zest and juice, and culinary lavender. Roll the chicken around briefly to coat.

Bake in a 350F oven for 15-20 minutes or until the juices run clear.

Serve over a green salad or roast veggies, if you’re still grain free. Or follow Charlie’s lead and eat with brown jasmine rice and garden peas.
