Ingredient List: Pork Chops, Harissa Powder, Olive Oil, Salt
Bring the pork chops to room temperature and coat lightly with harissa powder.
Sear in cast iron on medium high heat with a little olive oil, flip the chops once. Just a few minutes on each side. You want a little color, but you don’t want them to burn.
Perfect with sweet potato steaks or a garden salad.
