Ground Pork and Super Greens

Ingredient List: Ground Pork, Super Greens (Kale, Chard, etc.), Italian Herb Blend, Smoked Paprika, Roasted Garlic Powder, Salt

Bring ground pork to room temperature and sear in a (cast iron, if you have it) skillet on medium high heat. You’re looking to cook thoroughly with a lovely caramelized color, so don’t be afraid to let it sit without stirring for a few minutes.

Add super greens a handful at a time and fold in, allowing to wilt before adding the next handful.

Add spices and a dash of salt. Taste and adjust seasoning carefully. Add more greens if you over-season.

Serve over brown rice or quinoa. If you can, add some fresh salsa and full fat Greek yogurt. Delightful.
