Ingredient List: Peas, Dried Bouquet Garni Herb Blend (bay leaf, parsley, and thyme), Salt
Briefly steam the peas (I use frozen) over boiling water until bright green.
Remove from heat and toss with a dash of salt and a generous sprinkle of bouquet garni.
Serve with chicken (like our lemon lavender chicken) and brown rice.
