this recipe is mild but can be spiced up for extra heat

Ingredient List: Black Beans, Sweet Corn, Red Onion, Jalapeno Pepper, Lime, Cilantro, Cumin, Chili Powder, Salt
Rinse 1 can of black beans and 1 can of sweet corn and mix.
Dice 1/4 of a red onion, 1/2 of a seeded jalapeno (leave in the seeds and/or add the other half for extra spice), 1/4 of a bunch of cilantro, and add to beans.
Add the zest and juice of 1 lime, then start with a few dashes of cumin, chili power, and sea salt and adjust to taste.
