After a long break away from the weekly riced cauliflower (once brown rice was added to Charlie’s diet options), Jamie decided to add back the old friend in a new way. T’was a hit with a bit of char on the old familiar. Added to that, this week’s main creation was a replacement for cream of mushroom soup (replacing the “cream” element with leeks and some chicken stock blitzed for thickening.) A super savory dinner with some added brown rice crust at a quick broil to get that little panko-esc crunch minus the gluten.

…Also the Chicken Rutabega Soup was giving big Thanksgiving dinner preview smells with fall food memories swirling in the air!
