Meal Plan – Week #32 (Written by Jamie)

Cost: $26.70 week for 3 people // $1.27 /serving* (*NOTE: This number is a little deceiving. The truth of it is, Charlie’s been leaning on stewps for the last week, and Drew did a supplemental drop of fresh greens and veggies for her salads and dipping veg. It’s been a busy few weeks with travel and work pressures and family visits… I’m never not grateful for a little extra in the freezer, is what I’m saying. Next week we’ll be back to normal — whatever that means).

Busy weeks continue, but Jamie still found time to squish in a fall-inspired creation wonder in last night’s loaded squash boats (recipe coming soon), which was everything you could ever want in a comfort dish, al dente, with some kind of magical spiced chicken stuff. (The last sentence is a reminder of why I am not in charge of writing out the recipe sections.)

…Trust me, as soon as the recipe drops, you’ll wanna make it!
